What’s better than one weighted vest? TWO weighted vests! This one from Bagail has an amazing price. I use a 16lb one and this one. It’s 12lbs which is perfect for my weekend “Nursing Home Prevention” walks. It’s stable, stays in place, has a phone case holder and a back mesh pocket if you need to hold anything else… for me, it’s tissues and gum.   XO, Donna
