Oh Pink Lily! You surely know how to do a romper. YES, it’s a romper even though it looks like a dress! I loooooove this. It has a comfy pair of shorts underneath and an eyelet sheet over them. V-neck and ruffle flutter sleeves. It’s so cute I can hardly stand it. It’s perfect for vacation, 4th of July and this will be coming with me to Disney this year!
