I know this is a bit of a luxury purchase. I purchased the Vitamix 750 10+ years ago and we still use it regularly. It is built to last a lifetime. We made everything from soup to sorbets and smoothies. Comment below on your favorite uses if ever used a Vitamix.  Jeff
