Some of MY favorite parts of the app: I asked my boyfriend if he still liked me but I thought I would test it by taking his phone & watching his heart rate, which was way higher than his average rate (also noted in the app) so we’re all good
. Logging an activity like weightlifting, rowing, ultimate frisbee, allows you to monitor how your body performed throughout the entirety of your workout. If you want to see what the workout overview looks like, I included that in the comments! I never knew this existed before I met him & hands down one of the coolest tech I’ve seen with SO much information you’d actually want to know & can use to better your health & mindful of your body.
