Mamas and grandmamas of grads… let me just say this with my whole heart… This is hands down one of the best things I ever did for Sophie. Those Open When cards? Her absolute favorite thing in life. She said they brought her comfort, laughs, and little moments of home when she needed it most. 
She loved them so much she officially requested one for sophomore year… and I’ve decided she’s getting one every year forever. Bachelor’s, master’s, PhD, random Tuesday at 35… don’t test me. 
I grabbed one for Lily too because she’s on her way next, and honestly… making them was weirdly cathartic for me. Turns out moms need comfort envelopes too.
