OH em gee! When I saw this dress I knew I had to have it. It’s so pretty and I love absolutely everything about it! V-neck, ribbed knit with the most fantastic ruffle on each tier. FIVE colors to choose from and under $22. The reviews suggested to size up but I stayed with with my regular size small which was a tad tight until I ripped out some stitches.
