My daughter and I spotted this dress at Walmart last night and she goes, “OMG I would’ve totally worn this to graduation last year!” And honestly? She’s not wrong. It’s super cute in person—like, shockingly cute for the price—and also makes the perfect summer dress for anything from brunch to beach pics. And the best part? It’s only $13. Basically a no-brainer.
