Create those Fluffy Brows with these Products

Let’s talk eyebrows! I am obsessed with a laminated, “fluffy” brow. I grew up in the 80’s so, believe me, these eyebrows have been virtually plucked off so I need to fake these brows. Before I apply makeup, I use a spooly to brush up the brow hairs with the E.L.F. Brow lift. I swear this product is cheaper and just as good as it’s more expensive sister.
